How long until my order ships?
Every design is made to order just for you. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information. If you need your order by a specific date, email support@boujeedogz.com before placing your order and we'll let you know whether it's possible.

How much is shipping?
Available shipping rates and destinations are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the items and destination.

Will I get tracking info?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email or text with tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?
Available destinations are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Sizing

What sizes do you carry?
Available sizes vary by product and color. Use the size selector on each product page to see which sizes are currently available for your selected color.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
Because our tees are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, size, or style selections. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email support@boujeedogz.com with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Because pieces are made to order, we don't offer exchanges for size selections — please check the size options carefully before ordering. If you received a different size from the one you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go into production quickly, so changes can only be made before production begins — reach out to support@boujeedogz.com as soon as possible if something needs to change.
